About Us

We are a small climate charity. Our experts distill complex climate science into actionable insights, fostering informed decisions that help educate and influence audiences.

Role Description

We are seeking a legal expert to help strengthen our contracting and compliance framework.

What Difference Will You Make?

Your input will help ensure that we have a robust and proportionate approach to legal and organisational risk management. Independent legal review of key policies and supplier contracts will enable the Board to have greater confidence that appropriate protections are in place, legal and contractual risks are identified and addressed, and the organisation is meeting its governance and compliance responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced legal professional who can provide practical, proportionate advice suited to a small and growing charitable organisation.

Ideally, you will have experience reviewing commercial contracts and organisational policies and be comfortable identifying key legal and contractual risks and recommending pragmatic and affordable ways to manage them.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with strong general legal and commercial judgement who can translate legal considerations into clear, practical advice for a small organisation and its Board. We value a proportionate approach to risk – helping us put appropriate protections in place without creating unnecessary complexity or administrative burden.
