💼 Accounts Manager | Gloucestershire | Legal Sector

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucestershire.

This is a key role within the business, working closely with senior management and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function.

The Role

  • Manage and develop the finance/accounts function
  • Oversee financial reporting, controls, and cash flow
  • Manage SRA Accounts Rules compliance
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Improve finance processes, systems, and efficiency
  • Provide accurate financial information to senior management
  • Work closely with the wider business to support commercial performance

  • Previous experience in a legal accounts/finance environment
  • Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing processes and working with senior stakeholders
  • Ideally previous experience managing or developing a finance team
