Legal Front of House
A leading boutique law firm is hiring a new Legal Front of House professional to work in a team of two to support their busy and white glove reception team and support their meeting room/AV set-up.
Legal Front of House: What’s On Offer
- Salary: £40,000 (with flexibility)
- Benefits: Fantastic
- Shifts: 8am-4pm and 10am to 6pm
Legal Front of House: What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain all areas and standards of external client service and client care from initial reception onto and departure from the office in line with best practice.
- Raise any maintenance or service issues appropriately and progress them, including FM, IT, or AV issues.
- Ensure standards of internal client interface via switchboard services and front of house engagement are of an appropriate level.
- Coordinate and deliver timely external/internal conferencing/hosting including technical and catering requirements, recognizing that this may require last minute changes and reactive response to changing client need.
- Work closely with others, including the Chief Fire Marshall in case of any Health and Safety issues at work.
- Work closely with external suppliers and contractors to build and maintain strong relationships and act as an ambassador of the firm.

- Previous experience working as a Front of House within a law or professional services firm.
- A strong sense of clients’ needs
- Excellent communication
- Ability to provide a high standard of client care
