Essential
- Must be practical, able to summarise succinctly, possess analytical and negotiating skills
- Must be available, attentive and combative
- Good communiations skills verbal and written
Accountability And Key Tasks
- Identifies and explains the legal framework within which the businesses of the different entities of the company function.
- Drafts and negotiates legal documents as well as contracts signed with clients, suppliers, partners or sub-contractors. He/she monitors their implementation.
- Thinks up and proposes development packages to accomplish complex operations or acquisitions.
- Monitors litigation in collaboration with the company’s external advisors.
- Defends the interests of the company and puts forward strategies.
- Ensures that contractual obligations are met.
