Interim Legal Operations Lead / Legal Tech Programme Manager

About the Role

Our client, a global organisation with a large international legal team, is seeking an experienced Legal Operations professional to lead the rollout of a new legal AI platform across its legal function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global implementation and adoption of a legal AI solution.
  • Develop project plans, governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Legal, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Drive change management, training, and user engagement initiatives.
  • Identify practical use cases and embed the technology into legal workflows.
  • Ensure successful adoption across multiple international teams.

About You

  • Strong Legal Operations experience within an in-house legal environment.
  • Proven track record delivering legal technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with change management, training, and user adoption programmes.
  • Comfortable working autonomously across global teams and jurisdictions.
  • Experience with legal AI platforms is advantageous but not essential.
