Legal Operations Associate
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Operations Associate based in United Kingdom.
This remote opportunity is designed for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys combining legal expertise with technology-driven processes. In this role, you will support contract management activities by organizing, maintaining, and analyzing legal information within modern legal operations platforms. You will work at the intersection of law, data, and technology, helping improve contract workflows and operational efficiency. Collaborating with legal and business teams, you will contribute to accurate documentation, compliance tracking, and streamlined processes. This position offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in legal technology while working in an international, fast-paced, and flexible remote environment.
Accountabilities
- Input, update, and maintain contract-related information within legal operations and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
- Review, organize, and track important contract details, including key terms, deadlines, obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with preparing reports, summaries, and insights based on contract data to support business and legal decision-making.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure contract information remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Manage legal documentation and data with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to clarify contract information and resolve documentation questions.
- Support administrative processes related to contract management and legal operations initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows by leveraging technology and organized data management practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in legal operations, legal assistance, paralegal work, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with stakeholders and documentation review.
- Experience using legal technology platforms, contract lifecycle management tools, Microsoft Excel, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Interest in legal technology, process optimization, and digital transformation within legal operations.
- Previous experience in a legaltech, technology-driven, or fast-paced business environment is considered an advantage.
