Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager. This is an important role supporting the General Counsel & Compliance Officer directly to enable the Thales CSP legal function to operate successfully.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal counsel and business stakeholders to develop scalable processes and tools that increase productivity and reduce risk.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving legal, compliance, product management, operations and sales teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for external vendors related to legal technology, e-discovery, and outside counsel management.
- Train and support legal and business teams on legal tools and best practices.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and legal vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in legal operations, ideally within technology, cyber security, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of contract management and legal technologies (e.g., Linksquares and Lawvu, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
