Renowned for delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest professional standards, they are seeking an experienced and driven Legal Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the business.

Your new role
The position is being offered full time, Monday to Friday with standard office hours in place.
This role is ideal for an experienced legal operations professional who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about driving organisational excellence through strategic oversight, process improvement, and effective team management. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the firm's operational activities, ensuring processes run efficiently while supporting the delivery of outstanding client service. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead and develop teams, implement operational improvements, manage projects, and contribute to the firm's long-term strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent organisational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a professional legal environment.

Some of your duties will include but not limited to
- Lead, manage, and develop operational teams across the business.
- Drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.
- Manage multiple projects and business initiatives simultaneously, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed timescales.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic planning and business growth objectives.
- Analyse operational performance data and prepare reports to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practice processes to enhance productivity and service standards.
- Monitor team performance, setting objectives and providing coaching and support where required.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
- Ensure the firm maintains compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven legal industry experience, including supervising teams within a management or leadership capacity.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve strategic business goals.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience implementing operational improvements and driving business performance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to leadership.
- The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
