This Legal PA role in Edinburgh is a 12-month contract where you'll play a key part in supporting the secretarial and business support team within the professional services industry. From managing schedules to handling administrative duties, your organisation skills will help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to the legal team, including diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, format, and amend legal documents and correspondence with accuracy.
  • Manage meeting arrangements, including booking rooms and coordinating schedules.
  • Handle incoming communications and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Assist with billing processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.

Profile

A successful Legal PA should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar PA or secretarial role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to handling tasks.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
