Maurice Turnor Gardner is currently looking for a Legal PA to join our team.

Reporting to the PA Manager, the role of a Legal PA includes but is not limited to:

  • Document creation and amendment in ‘Partner for Windows’ and NetDocuments Case management system using MTG’s internal house styles
  • Preparing and sending documents for signature via DocuSign
  • Participation in the billing process
  • Processing client and marketing expenses
  • Assisting with marketing events
  • Photocopying and scanning of all documentation to case management system and paper filing
  • Preparing documents and recording in case management system for sending offsite to ‘Safe Custody’ storage facility
  • Answering incoming switchboard calls, announcing and transferring to relevant members of staff
  • Booking couriers, taxis, hotels, liaising with travel agents and preparing travel itineraries
  • Diary management to include booking lunches & dinners and liaising with invitees
  • Archiving of completed case files
  • Assisting the Risk & Compliance Analyst with conflict checking and file opening
  • Download, file and create data sites for use with external firms
  • Preparing payment requisitions as set out in MTG’s internal policies
  • Assisting with the early and late shift rota to ensure that the switchboard is covered between 8.30am and 6.30pm and covering for other PAs in the event of absence

  • Good ability to organise and prioritise
  • Good ability to communicate at all levels to include MTG Clients / Partners / Support staff.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Land Registry and TM Group online accounts is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of a Case management system such as ‘Partner for Windows’ or NetDocuments is an advantage, but not essential.
