Are you an experienced, confident and relationship-driven PA looking to support senior Partners within a high performing, people focused law firm? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected West End practice known for its exceptional culture, specialist expertise and genuinely collaborative environment.
We're partnering with a leading firm seeking a polished, proactive Personal Assistant to support Partners within their Commercial Real Estate Team. If you thrive in a fast moving environment, enjoy managing complex diaries and financial processes, and love being the person who ensures everything runs seamlessly, this role could be an excellent next step.

Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of complex diaries and meeting logistics
- Managing inboxes on behalf of Partners, prioritising messages and drafting responses
- Handling compliance, billing and wider financial processes
- Supporting BD and Marketing with events, seminars and client engagement
- Ensuring all diary and travel information is accurately captured and updated
What we're looking for:
- A confident, polished PA with experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong internal/external relationships
- Experience within Real Estate preferred but not essential
