A leading UK law firm is looking for an experienced Legal PA to join its highly regarded Private Wealth Disputes team.

The firm is a well-established, growing practice with a strong reputation across Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Finance. The firm offers a collaborative and close-knit environment while working on high-quality, interesting matters.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and personable Legal PA who enjoys working closely with senior lawyers and wants a role that goes beyond traditional secretarial support.
You will support:
- 1 Partner
- 4 Senior Associates
- 1 Associate
You’ll provide high-level PA and administrative support, helping the team manage their matters, time and priorities effectively. The role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to become a trusted member of a specialist team.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing proactive PA support to Partners and Fee Earners
- Complex diary and time management
- Coordinating meetings, travel and appointments
- Preparing documents, correspondence and meeting materials
- Supporting fee earners with matter management and deadlines
- Liaising confidently with clients and other external contacts
- Assisting with billing, expenses and other administrative processes
- Coordinating with internal teams and delegating tasks where appropriate
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous Legal PA/Secretarial experience, ideally within disputes/litigation
- Is confident supporting Partners and senior fee earners
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is proactive and comfortable using their own initiative
- Is confident communicating with clients and senior stakeholders
- Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team
- Wants a role where they can build strong relationships and take real ownership
