Legal PA - Corporate Team
City of London | Hybrid Working | Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits
A prestigious US law firm in the heart of the City is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its highly regarded Corporate team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, high-performing practice, supporting senior lawyers on a range of high-profile corporate transactions while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Coordinating client meetings and international travel arrangements
- Preparing and amending legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing billing, expenses and matter administration
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Providing proactive support on corporate transactions and team projects

About You:
- Previous Legal PA experience within a law firm
- Experience supporting Corporate, Banking, Finance or similar practice groups preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
