Private Client Personal Assistant | Central London | Up to £50k
We’re recruiting for a Legal Personal Assistant to join a highly regarded Private Client team within a leading London law firm.
Supporting 3 Partners, this is a varied, senior-level PA role for someone who enjoys being busy, building strong relationships and taking ownership of their Partners’ day-to-day support.
The role:
- Support 3 Partners alongside another Private Client PA
- Complex diary and workload management
- Regular client and stakeholder interaction
- Billing, WIP, invoices and expenses
- Matter and document management
- Supporting BD, meetings, events and travel
- Working closely with Legal Admin teams

You’ll need:
- Previous Legal PA/EA experience, ideally within Private Client, Family, Immigration or Tax
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with Partners, clients and senior stakeholders
- Good billing/WIP experience
- A proactive, hands-on approach
