Private Client Personal Assistant | Central London | Up to £50k

We’re recruiting for a Legal Personal Assistant to join a highly regarded Private Client team within a leading London law firm.

Supporting 3 Partners, this is a varied, senior-level PA role for someone who enjoys being busy, building strong relationships and taking ownership of their Partners’ day-to-day support.

The role:

  • Support 3 Partners alongside another Private Client PA
  • Complex diary and workload management
  • Regular client and stakeholder interaction
  • Billing, WIP, invoices and expenses
  • Matter and document management
  • Supporting BD, meetings, events and travel
  • Working closely with Legal Admin teams

  • Previous Legal PA/EA experience, ideally within Private Client, Family, Immigration or Tax
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence dealing with Partners, clients and senior stakeholders
  • Good billing/WIP experience
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
