Birchrose Associates is representing a leading international law firm looking to appoint an experienced Legal PA to support its Tax and Incentives team in London.
The Firm
Our client is a highly regarded international law firm with an excellent reputation in the legal market. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join their London office.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, proactive and highly organised Legal PA, providing excellent secretarial, administrative and client-focused support to an allocation of lawyers within the team. Duties to include:

- Act as a professional representative for Partners and fee earners, managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, client communications and day-to-day administrative support
- Take ownership of document production, billing support, expense processing, payment requisitions and compliance-related administrative processes
- Support marketing activities and events, including coordinating arrangements, processing expenses and assisting with client-facing initiatives
- Manage legal documentation, correspondence and case management processes, including document filing, archiving, file opening and conflict checks

This Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm.
Requirements
- At least 4 years previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a law firm (essential)
- Billing, diary, travel and inbox management (essential)
