Job Title: PA to Managing Partner

Salary: £70,000 + Negotiable + Bonus

Location: Central London

Our client is a well-established, boutique law firm based in Central London. They are currently looking for a proactive, dynamic personal assistant to support the firm’s managing partner. This is a 1:1 role where you will act as the primary point of contact and ensure the smooth running of the partner's daily schedule. The position will suit a senior legal PA who is keen to take on a busy and varied position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Managing a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Document Production & Dictation: Handling audio dictation, typing correspondence, and formatting legal documentation.
  • Travel Logistics: Arranging international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
  • Client Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing communication with discretion.
  • Gatekeeping: Managing incoming calls and emails, prioritizing urgent issues to protect the Partner's time.
  • Business Development Support: Assisting with ad-hoc BD and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

To be considered you will need to have strong experience as a PA or EA supporting senior fee earners at another law firm. It is also essential that you have strong written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organisation, and sharp attention to detail. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are also essential. The firm values a flexible, positive approach and is looking for a team player who is genuinely willing to support the wider business when needed.
