Legal PA | US Law Firm | Hybrid Working
We're delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded US law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal PA to support a busy team of legal professionals in their London office within the Corporate department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing high-level support to senior stakeholders.
What does this role offer:
- Competitive salary DOE
- Hybrid working (4 days in the office/1 day from home)
- Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings.
- Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents.
- Arranging UK and international travel.
- Supporting billing, expenses and administrative processes.
- Organising client meetings and events.
- Assisting with matter opening and compliance procedures.
- Maintaining client records and internal systems.
- Providing general support to lawyers and the wider team.

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of Legal Secretary or Legal PA experience at a City or US law firm
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills and a proactive approach.
