Legal PA Specialising in Private Client Matters
As a Legal PA specialising in Private Client matters, you'll play a key role in supporting the legal team with administrative tasks and client management. Based in Edinburgh, this role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of the legal department within the business services industry.

Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence and documentation.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Organise and manage diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update client records and case files with accuracy.
- Coordinate with external parties, such as courts and other legal professionals, when necessary.
- Assist in billing processes and tracking expenses to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Profile
A successful Legal PA (Private Client) should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the legal field, ideally in private client work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail, particularly when handling legal documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
- A professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Job Offer
