Legal PA – Private Investment Markets
Join one of our most prestigious US law firm clients in a hands-on and rewarding role as a Legal PA, supporting 1 Counsel, 6 Associates and 1 Trainee within its market-leading Private Investment Markets team.
What’s On Offer:

Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively manage fee-earners’ diaries, prioritising appointments and resolving conflicts
- Manage fee-earners’ and own inboxes, ensuring client and matter-related emails are dealt with and filed in iManage promptly
- Assist the Accounts team with billing
- Assist with opening new clients and matters, conflict checks and preparing/amending engagement letters
- Arrange travel and prepare itineraries
- Manage fee-earners’ contacts and maintain InterAction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard copy client files
- Input timesheets onto Intapp Time as required
- Process documents and proofread work to a high standard
- Complete and submit expense forms using the correct client or office charge codes

Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:


Get help with your application

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Legal PA / Secretarial role within a City law firm
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications
- Experience coordinating BD-related events or client initiatives on behalf of fee earners within a Legal PA role
