Job Introduction
We are looking for a highly capable Legal Panel Consultant to support the effective management and oversight of our external global legal partners, operating across multiple geographies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that third-party legal services are delivered to a high standard, aligned with organisational expectations, regulatory requirements, and with a strong focus on fair and consistent member outcomes.
Working closely with senior internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and execution of a robust legal panel management strategy. You’ll combine technical legal expertise with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure value for money across all external legal engagements.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role offering the opportunity to influence service delivery, strengthen governance frameworks, and enhance operational efficiency. You will also help embed best practices across the division, ensuring that legal panel arrangements consistently support cases and claims handling excellence and a trusted member experience.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
