You'll join a talented Commercial Litigation team, supporting experienced lawyers on a varied range of interesting and challenging matters. This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll become an integral part of the team, building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and meeting management
  • Client correspondence
  • Coordinating legal documentation
  • Supporting file and matter management
  • Ensuring the lawyers you support can work as efficiently and effectively as possible

What we're looking for

We're particularly keen to hear from experienced Legal PAs, Legal Secretaries and EAs who enjoy working closely with senior professionals and take pride in delivering exceptional support.

You'll be highly organised, proactive, personable and confident managing competing priorities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of those you support will be important.

Experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be ideal, particularly within litigation or another busy practice area. However, accomplished PAs and administrators from other professional backgrounds with strong transferable skills will also be considered.
