Ready to take the next step in your legal support career?
I’m looking to speak with Legal Administrators, Team Assistants, and Legal PAs who have built solid experience within a law firm or professional services environment and are now ready for more responsibility, greater exposure, and genuine career progression.
Whether you’re an experienced Legal Administrator looking for that first real step into a PA position, a Junior Legal PA ready to build your skills, or an established PA looking for a stronger opportunity, I currently have some excellent options to discuss.
For those earlier in their career, around two years’ legal or professional services experience may be enough – you don’t necessarily need to already have the Legal PA title. One of the opportunities specifically welcomes candidates with around two years' admin/PA experience, with training and development forming part of the role.

For more experienced PAs, I’m particularly interested in people who can demonstrate experience across areas such as:
- Diary and inbox management, billing and expenses, matter opening, and client administration
- Supporting Partners, Associates, or senior stakeholders and confidently managing competing priorities
- Taking ownership, anticipating what needs doing, and solving problems rather than waiting to be asked
- Building strong relationships and contributing to a collaborative PA/support team
- For some opportunities, specialist Real Estate/property experience would be particularly valuable.
