Are you an experienced Legal PA or Legal Secretary looking for a varied and fast-paced role within a busy team? This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Aberdeen-based firm, supporting lawyers across a thriving Employment practice.

Working closely with fee earners and fellow support professionals, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team while building long-term relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

The role

As a Legal PA in Aberdeen, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to a busy team of solicitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence and presentations
  • Opening and closing client files
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and events
  • Managing billing processes and client invoicing
  • Liaising with clients and internal departments
  • Maintaining client records and databases
  • Supporting team meetings and wider administrative projects
  • Assisting with business development and client engagement activities

About you

This role would suit a Legal PA or Legal Secretary who:

  • Has previous PA or administrative support experience
  • Has excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
  • Communicates confidently with clients and colleagues
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Has legal sector experience
