Executive Assistant | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Manchester
Hybrid - 50% office based
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded professional services organisation in Manchester on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-level support to multiple senior professionals while building strong relationships across the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating client communications and supporting business development activities
- Assisting with document preparation, correspondence, and reporting
- Supporting billing, financial administration, and matter management
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard
- Helping organise events, projects, and key business initiatives

What we're looking for:
- Previous Executive Assistant, PA, or senior administrative experience, ideally within professional or legal services
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a collaborative team environment
