Excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive Legal PA to join a highly regarded Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, client focused environment and wants to play an important role in supporting a busy team of Partners and fee earners.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a varied range of administrative, client and matter related responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing priorities, deadlines, diaries and meetings.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues, handling queries professionally and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Supporting the preparation and management of legal documentation.
  • Managing the administration of matters throughout their life cycle, including document management, filing and file closure.
  • Supporting the team with billing and financial administration, including invoices, WIP, expenses, payments, disbursements and write-offs.
  • Managing documents and information across systems.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, conferences, training and travel arrangements, as well as supporting Business Development activities.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider support team, providing cover when required and sharing knowledge and best practice.

You will have previous experience working in a city law firm as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA with some experience working in a private client team. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Client practice, working alongside experienced professionals on interesting and often complex matters.

Please note this is not a paralegal position, this role is suited to an experienced Legal Secretary / PA
