Holborn | £38,000 – £45,000

2 Days in Office, 3 Days from Home

Are you a Legal PA looking for a highly flexible role in a respected Holborn law firm? This could be the perfect next step for you.

About the Role

The firm are seeking a proactive and organised Legal PA to support a small allocation of Associates within their Employment team. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll play an essential part in keeping matters running smoothly and ensuring exceptional client service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing first-class PA support to a small group of Associates
  • Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents, bundles and correspondence
  • Handling billing and time recording processes
  • Liaising with clients, fee-earners and internal support teams
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the department running seamlessly
