Legal PA

Salary: Competitive
Location: Leeds
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract

Overview

Our client is an international law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to support Disputes Partners and fee earners.
The role will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, working closely with Finance, Business Development, and client relationship teams. Responsibilities include diary and travel management, billing support, matter administration, and coordination of client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Finance teams to manage billing, reports, and working capital.
  • Support Business Development activity, including events, CV updates, bids, and tenders.
  • Assist Client Relationship Partners with client meetings, events, and reports.
  • Manage matter administration, including engagement letters and compliance checks.
  • Provide comprehensive diary management.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting itineraries, resources, and other requirements.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and delegate document production where appropriate.
  • Deliver high-quality support to Partners and fee earners.
  • Maintain a strong focus on client service and accuracy.

  • At least three years’ experience in a comparable, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to deliver a high standard of client service.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
