Legal PA – Cambridge

Location: Cambridge

Working pattern: Hybrid

We are recruiting Legal PAs on behalf of a leading law firm in Cambridge.

These opportunities would suit experienced legal support professionals who are confident supporting lawyers in a busy environment and can provide a high standard of client-focused administrative support.

What you’ll be doing

Depending on the team, responsibilities may include:

  • Providing PA and secretarial support to lawyers
  • Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
  • Preparing, formatting and amending documents
  • Managing correspondence and email inboxes
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Supporting billing, expenses and time recording
  • Opening and maintaining client and matter files
  • Coordinating meetings and client events
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues across the firm
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What we’re looking for

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or similar
  • Law firm experience
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
