Legal PA – Cambridge
Location: Cambridge
Working pattern: Hybrid
We are recruiting Legal PAs on behalf of a leading law firm in Cambridge.
These opportunities would suit experienced legal support professionals who are confident supporting lawyers in a busy environment and can provide a high standard of client-focused administrative support.
What you’ll be doing
Depending on the team, responsibilities may include:
- Providing PA and secretarial support to lawyers
- Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
- Preparing, formatting and amending documents
- Managing correspondence and email inboxes
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Supporting billing, expenses and time recording
- Opening and maintaining client and matter files
- Coordinating meetings and client events
- Liaising with clients and colleagues across the firm
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What we’re looking for
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or similar
- Law firm experience
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
