Legal PA - Part time London

Legal PA (Job Share) – Finance | 3 Days (flex but must include a Wednesday) | London | 12 month FTC

Looking for a Legal PA role that gives you balance without compromising on quality of work?

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-performing Finance team within a leading international law firm on a part-time, — ideal for someone who wants to stay in a top-tier environment while working a structured 3-day week.

The Role

You’ll be working 3 days a week (09:30–17:30) this is NOT a job share so it will be your role, whilst assisted by the wider PA team on your non working days.

This is a true Partner-level support role, sitting within a fast-paced and collaborative Finance practice — giving you exposure to high-level work while maintaining a consistent and manageable schedule.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
