Legal Practice Manager

An established regional firm in Leicestershire is looking to appoint an experienced Practice Manager to play a key role in the operational management and continued development of the business.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established regional practice with a broad legal offering and a sizeable team, working closely with the Partners and senior management across the firm.
The role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, commercially aware and taking ownership of the operational side of a legal practice, with the opportunity to make a tangible difference to how the firm operates.

The Role
Working closely with the firm's senior leadership, you will take responsibility for a broad range of operational, compliance and practice management functions.
- A strong understanding of the operational requirements of a law firm is important, including areas such as compliance, risk, billing, financial management and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of SRA regulations, COLP/COFA responsibilities, Lexcel, PII and wider legal-sector compliance would be advantageous.
- You'll need to be organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with Partners, employees and external stakeholders, with the ability to take ownership rather than simply provide administrative support.
