Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Legal Projects Manager to join its Legal Operations team in EMEA.

This role is ideal for a professional with at least 6 years’ experience in Outside Counsel Management, Vendor Management, Law Firm Pricing, and Legal Project Management within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the Legal Operations Manager, EMEA Lead, with:

  • Managing the end-to-end law firm panel selection process
  • Conducting legal market analysis and benchmarking to support rate negotiations.
  • Drafting process documentation and training materials, and delivering training to EMEA Legal teams.
  • Embedding negotiated value-adds into business-as-usual operations
  • Maintaining and updating internal platforms (Google Hub and SharePoint)
  • Overseeing spend management, data tracking, and reporting to leadership
  • Providing ad hoc support to meet stakeholder needs across Legal, Finance, and Communications teams

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in both in-house legal departments and law firms or legal consultancies within EMEA
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Legal Pricing, Sourcing, or Project Management
  • Proven track record in designing and executing law firm panel processes
  • Strong understanding of Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs) and experience negotiating them.
  • Technologically proficient, especially with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (including SharePoint and Power BI)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement operational improvements and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build cross-functional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Previous experience working in a technology company
  • Familiarity with PERSUIT or similar RFP platforms
  • Experience with eBilling systems
  • Knowledge of Tableau or other dashboarding tools

  • Location: London Office (Hybrid Working Available)
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
