Product Manager - Generative AI

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced & collaborative Product Manager to own product requirements, lead UI design, and drive delivery across our in-house product portfolio, centred around the application of generative AI to the legal industry. The successful candidate will combine strong product management expertise with design capability, using Figma or similar tools to translate ideas into clear user stories, features and epics, and ultimately into high-quality delivered outcomes, along with interest in generative AI (GenAI) – ideally design & delivery of generative AI tools. This is a role with significant ownership of the details and would suit someone who enjoys working at the intersection of user needs, product thinking, design and delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for product requirements, including the capture, refinement and management of user stories, features and epics.
  • Translate ideas, opportunities and stakeholder requests into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring work is prioritised and ready for development.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals and technical constraints, turning these into practical product outcomes.
  • Become the hands-on expert on our internal GenAI tools, being able to answer detailed questions, use them in sophisticated ways, and deliver in-depth training.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
