Junior eDiscovery Project Coordinator
Location: Remote, UK
Contract: 3 months
We are looking for an organised and motivated Junior eDiscovery Project Coordinator to support the delivery of eDiscovery projects and client requests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop experience in project coordination, eDiscovery, legal technology, or professional services.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day eDiscovery project activities and client requests.
- Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Follow established workflows, processes, and SOPs.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues or risks appropriately.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Identify non-standard requests and contribute to practical solutions.
- Develop the ability to manage routine activities independently.

Desirable
Experience with eDiscovery/legal technology, ticketing or workflow systems, project coordination, administration, customer service, or professional services would be advantageous.
