£80,000 - £95,000 + Excellent Benefits
The Company
A leading global law firm with an extensive international network is seeking to strengthen its Legal Project Management team. The firm is recognised for its work advising major corporates, financial institutions and governments on complex, cross-border matters, and continues to invest significantly in legal innovation and operational excellence. This is a genuine opportunity to shape how legal services are delivered on a global scale, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Build and grow LPM capability
- Partner with senior leadership to expand the Legal Project Management offering and influence lawyers to adopt LPM across their matters.

Lead end-to-end project delivery
- Manage complex, multi-jurisdictional matters from kick-off through to lessons-learned review, covering scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.

Own financial and budget management
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to build budget proposals and proactively track and address cost variances.

Drive senior stakeholder engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for partners, clients, and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across practice areas and geographies.

Champion continuous improvement
- Contribute to LPM methodology, training, and process innovation, supporting the wider change management agenda.
Skills & Attributes

Proven LPM expertise
- Significant experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional projects within a professional services or legal environment.

Formal project management qualification
- Holds a recognised qualification such as APMQ or PMP, backed by a strong academic record.
