About Davisons Law
Davisons Law is a leading law firm with a strong presence in Conveyancing, Family Law, Private Client and Litigation. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, high-quality legal services, and investment in our Team’s personal and career development. This is an excellent opportunity for an motivated individual to join as Legal Receptionist in a supportive team and provide legal assistance to client matters.
What you’ll do
When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Legal Receptionist, you will have experience in the customer service sector preferably reception duties. You will have strong customer service skills and be comfortable speaking with clients and third parties both on the telephone and in person. This role will require communicating professionally both in written and verbally. The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, methodical and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients upon arrival, offer clients drinks
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls updating clients
- Provide administrative support to all members of staff
- Scanning and distributing mail on a daily basis
- Preparing post for dispatch, managing the business inbox
- Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times, ordering stock such as stationary
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
