Freelance Legal Recruiter | Am Law 200
We’re seeking an experienced, independent legal recruiter to place talent from Am Law 200 firms. This is a commission-based opportunity focused on Litigation Associates and venture capital attorneys.
What you’ll do
- Source, engage, and screen qualified legal candidates for competitive searches.
- Present opportunities to candidates and guide them through the recruiting process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and help close placements.

What you bring
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience in an agency, in-house, or freelance role.
- A proven record of placing Litigation Associates and venture capital attorneys from Am Law 100 firms.
- Strong communication skills with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- The organization and initiative to manage searches independently.

Compensation
Commission-based, with potential earnings of $60K–$90K+ per placement.
