Legal Recruitment Client Manager

My client, a leading international law firm with offices in all the major cities across the globe, is looking to hire a Legal Recruitment Client Manager into their wider team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful legal resourcing function that connects top-tier legal talent with both internal practice groups and a prestigious client base. Combining elements of legal recruitment, account management, consulting, and business development, the role is ideal for an experienced legal recruiter looking to move into an in-house environment while remaining commercially focused and client-facing.

Working closely with law firm Partners, senior stakeholders, and a network of high-calibre interim lawyers, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, identifying resourcing solutions, and delivering exceptional service across a range of legal disciplines.

As Legal Recruitment Client Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of client requirements, managing the full lifecycle of interim legal placements from initial brief through to successful completion.

You will develop a deep understanding of client needs, match suitable legal professionals to opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure an outstanding experience for both clients and consultants throughout the engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
