Legal Recruitment Consultant – New York
$65,000–$100,000+ Basic (depending on experience) | Up to 50% Commission | Genuine progression opportunities
Are you an ambitious recruiter looking to join one of the most lucrative sectors in the industry? Our client is one of the fastest-growing specialist recruitment businesses in the legal sector, backed by significant investment and executing an ambitious international growth strategy. In just two years, their New York operation has grown from a standing start to a team of over 15 consultants, with further expansion already underway.
Following this success, they are now looking to hire talented recruiters into both their London and New York teams. Whether you already recruit within legal, professional services, technology, finance, or another specialist market, they are far more interested in your commercial ability, sales mindset, and track record than the sector you’ve worked in.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a highly collaborative, candidate-led recruitment business specialising in placing lawyers into many of the world’s leading international law firms. The business has built long-standing relationships with elite US law firms and continues to expand into partner hiring, international legal markets, and new practice areas.
