Legal Recruitment Consultant
London - Hybrid
Our Legal Division is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with candidates, becoming a true market expert and partnering with some of the UK's leading law firms. The role is primarily 180-focused, with the opportunity to develop into a 360 consultant over time for the right person. The role will include sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates against technical and cultural requirements, using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network. You will manage the full candidate journey: interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and post-placement care.

We're looking to speak with people who:
- Have a strong understanding of the London legal market, specifically private practice.
- Have experience in a 180-candidate research role or have previously worked in a 360-recruitment role.
- Enjoy sourcing and engaging high-calibre legal talent.
