Recruitment Consultant – Legal

Sector: Private Practice & In-House Legal Recruitment

Salary: £30,000.00 - £40,000.00 per annum + Commission + £3.6k car allowance Excellent OTE.

Our Client is a recognised leader in professional services recruitment, with a long-established and highly respected Legal division. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join this high-performing London Legal team.

If you have 1–5 years' experience in legal recruitment and are looking to work with elite clients while accelerating your career, this is an outstanding opportunity to take the next step.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, You Will

  • Manage and develop relationships with leading law firms and legal employers
  • Recruit high-calibre legal professionals from Associate through to Partner level
  • Grow your desk through account management and targeted business development
  • Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates
  • Build the foundations for future leadership opportunities within the business

Clear Career Progression

  • Fast-track progression to Principal or Managing Consultant
  • A clear pathway to Associate Director and Director level within 2–3 years
  • The opportunity to build, mentor and lead a growing team

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 1–5 years' experience in legal recruitment (private practice and/or in-house)
  • A strong track record of building relationships and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ambition to work with premium clients
  • A motivated, resilient and driven approach to recruitment
