Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Working (Monday & Friday WFH, 3 office days)

Not sure a traditional legal career is for you?

Perhaps you've completed your law degree and started your legal career as a paralegal, legal assistant or trainee, but you're beginning to realise that life in practice isn't quite what you expected.

If you still enjoy the legal world, love building relationships, and want a career with genuine progression, commercial exposure and earning potential, legal recruitment could be the perfect alternative.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
