About the Opportunity

We are hiring experienced Legal and Compliance Evaluators to review and assess AI-generated work products, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

In this role, you will apply deep legal and compliance expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality. You will grade work products against established quality standards and provide structured feedback to help improve AI performance in legal and compliance workflows.

This is a remote, hourly engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics.
  • Assess outputs for legal and compliance accuracy, rigor, and professional quality.
  • Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, omissions, and unsupported conclusions.
  • Review AI-generated content for appropriate legal and compliance reasoning.
  • Identify aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors in work products.
  • Evaluate the clarity, structure, organization, and usability of presentations and documents.
  • Apply professional legal and compliance judgment when assessing AI-generated outputs.
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified issues.
  • Consistently apply evaluation criteria across different AI-generated artifacts.
  • Identify areas where AI outputs fail to meet professional legal and compliance standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
