Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Temporary Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to the Real Estate team. The candidate must be immediately available.

Key Responsibilities
- Document & Transaction Management: Produce, format, and amend commercial contracts, leases, and corporate agreements using digital dictation.
- Real Estate Operations: Assist with post-completion tasks, including processing Land Registry applications, managing SDLT submissions, and organising completion paperwork.
- Corporate Support: Assist with company filings, updating details on Case/Document Management Systems (CMS/DMS), and preparing client onboarding documentation.
- Client Interaction: Act as a professional point of contact for high-net-worth clients, international businesses, and financial institutions.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage busy partner calendars, coordinate multi-party meetings, manage email inboxes, and assist with monthly billing administration.

Requirements
- Proven Experience: Direct experience working as a legal secretary or assistant within Real Estate / Commercial Property.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and standard legal Case Management Systems.
- Availability: Immediate to begin a temporary assignment.
Renumeration
Hourly rate will be competitive depending on skills and experience.
