A leading law firm in Central London, well known for its Litigation practice and welcoming culture, is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Dispute Resolution team in London.

The Role

You will be part of a small team and will be given a high level of responsibility in terms of client-facing work. You will be working with one Partner and one Solicitor to help the firm with all litigation matters that the team works on across the UK.

As such, they are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with dispute resolution experience to join them in playing an integral role in the team.

Responsibilities

Whilst the role will be varied in its day-to-day responsibilities, they are particularly keen to speak with individuals who have experience with the following:

  • Litigation experience
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.))
  • Experience with legal billing
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail

As this is a small team, personality fit is hugely important to them, so it is really important the right candidate is a team player and has a positive and enthusiastic personality.

This role will be London based and offers informal hybrid working arrangements once probation has been passed. However, like most law firms, employees are required to be in office for a minimum of three days a week!
