Secretary - Residential Conveyancing Team
TC Young are looking to recruit a Secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing team. This is a full-time (35hrs) role based in our Glasgow office.
We are seeking an individual who enjoys a varied workload and client contact, and who thrives on being part of busy team. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
What we are looking for
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload that would include:
- Preparing documentation and letters for issue
- Audiotyping
- Assisting fee earners by managing and updating diaries and undertaking file reviews
- Liaising with clients, agents and others
- General admin support to the team

- Previous office/admin experience
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable
- Team player
- Excellent IT skills – all Microsoft packages
- Be able to work under pressure and prioritize work to meet internal deadlines
- Fast accurate typing skills – this will be tested at interview
- Smartly presented
Previous legal experience is advantageous, but our priority is to find an experienced administrator/secretary with excellent attention to detail who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
