🚨 Property Legal Secretary – Nantwich 🚨
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Property Law looking for your next opportunity? A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Nantwich is looking for a Property Legal Secretary to join its Commercial & Residential Property team.
The Role
You’ll provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy, client-focused Property Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to Property Fee Earners
- Producing legal documents and correspondence using digital dictation
- Managing files through case management systems – Smokeball experience is advantageous
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, HM Land Registry, lenders and solicitors
- Managing calls, emails, filing and general administration
- Supporting diary management and document preparation
- Providing occasional reception cover

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years’ Legal Secretary experience, ideally within Residential or Commercial Property
- Excellent audio typing and digital dictation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Outlook & Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A professional and client-focused approach RSA/Pitman qualifications or equivalent typing experience would be advantageous.

Package
- Location: Nantwich
- Salary: £24,505 per annum, depending on experience
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:15pm
- Type: Part-time and job share applications also considered
