Job Description
The successful candidate will provide legal secretarial and administration support to our solicitors. Duties will include:
- Audio and copy typing
- Scheduling appointments
- Communicating with clients and third parties
- Administrative support
- Other ad hoc duties as required

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break (full time is preferred but part-time will be considered for the right candidate)
Qualifications & Experience: Previous office experience is essential, with previous experience in a legal secretary or paralegal role desirable. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- The ability to work independently and prioritise workload
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
