Legal Secretary – Investment Funds
Location: London
Working pattern: Hybrid
We are working with a prestigious international law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to support lawyers within its Investment Funds practice.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong legal secretarial experience who is comfortable working with senior lawyers and handling a demanding workload within a high-performing environment.
The role
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers within the team.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents
- Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings
- Organising complex travel arrangements
- Managing correspondence and email inboxes
- Producing documents, presentations and other materials
- Assisting with billing, expenses and time recording
- Supporting client and matter administration
- Coordinating calls and meetings across different time zones
- Liaising professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing wider administrative support to the practice

About you
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong Legal Secretary or Legal PA experience
- Previous experience within a leading law firm
- Excellent document production and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A professional and discreet approach
