Legal Secretary - Dispute Resolution
An established and reputable law firm is seeking an organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join its busy team in Fareham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in dispute resolution who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the dispute resolution team.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments and handle telephone enquiries.
- Onboard new clients, complete relevant checks and manage file opening, closing and archiving.
- Undertake audio typing, dictation and document preparation.
- Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues and third parties.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team.

About You
- Previous experience and knowledge of dispute resolution law is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Professional communication skills and a commitment to excellent client care.
- A flexible, collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
