We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join a leading international law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised PA to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy, collaborative team.

The Role

  • Complex diary management, inbox management, meeting and travel arrangements.
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting matter administration, including opening and closing matters, maintaining records, coordinating documentation and assisting with compliance requirements.
  • Preparing, formatting and coordinating legal documents, correspondence, presentations and meeting materials.
  • Supporting billing administration, time recording, and expenses.
  • Coordinating client meetings and events, including room bookings, refreshments, visitors and follow-up actions.
  • Taking ownership of tasks through to completion, keeping stakeholders updated and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and streamline administration.

About You

  • Previous PA or administrative experience within a law firm.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Excellent team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and supporting others.
